Singer Sarah Harding's mother unveils Stockport plaque in her honour

A plaque in honour of the Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding has been unveiled by her mother. Harding, who grew up in Hazel Grove, Stockport, died of breast cancer in 2021, aged 39. She had campaigned to raise awareness of the disease and a study into breast cancer has been named in her honour.The plaque, next to a mural of the singer, will be part of the Stockport Music Story walking tour.One of the organisers of…
