European food company obtains majority stake in Banneton Bakery

GHENT, BELGIUM — Vandemoortele, a family-owned European food company that manufactures and sells baked foods across the United States and 12 European countries, has acquired a majority stake in Banneton Bakery, Swedesboro, NJ.
