Woodland Foods lands Idan Foods

WAUKEGAN, ILL. — Woodland Foods, a provider of plant-based ingredients, including herbs, spices, rice, grains and nuts, has acquired Hawthorne, NJ-based Idan Foods, a maker of breadings and batters, coating systems, baking mixes and seasonings.
